Plant Manager Job – Central Wisconsin – 2402 

Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000

Requirements:
Four-year degree or off-setting industry experience.
5+ years pf plant management experience within a Food Manufacturing operation (plant manager, production manger, etc.)
Strong knowledge of HACCP and regulatory systems.
Strong budgetary knowledge, including P & L.

Job Description:
To safely produce and deliver a quality product and service to the customers’ satisfaction. This function is to be performed cost effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and run day to day operations.
Responsible for production output, product quality and yields.
Achieve all production schedules within budgeted staffing levels.
Develop, implement and follow-up plans to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain productivity standards.
Responsible to procure the necessary resources to ensure the effective operation of the production department.
Increase production capacity and flexibility, based on company strategic needs and capital expenditures plans.
Direct supervision of production supervisors.
Direct supervision of quality manager and plant engineer.
Perform accident reviews and investigations as well as other safety assignments.
Enforce all company procedures, policies and regulations.
Keep employees informed on factors relating to their work assignment, work progress, and opportunity for advancement.
Development and implement improvements and changes in the work instructions, job descriptions and training needs

Plant Manger

Plant Manager Job – Minneapolis MN – 2317 
Responsible for Safety, Security, Health and regulatory programs on site including, but not limited to, Process Safety Management/Risk Management plans, emissions permitting and reporting, and support of ongoing safety improvements. Coordinates activities with site QC Manager, ensures that all food products are manufactured in accordance with industry and regulatory standards for quality and food safety. Oversees plant performance metrics and is responsible for continuous improvement activities at the site. Develops and tracks Key Performance Indicators and improvement plans against them. Prepares and submits the timely delivery of activity and monthly reports to keep Senior Management and others informed about the status of plant activities. Responsible for food safety and notifying Senior Management of any incident affecting food safety. Responsible for supervising/developing direct reports in areas of Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse operations. Follows and enforces all safety policies and procedures including use of safety equipment (PPE) and equipment safeguards. Works to advance and promote the safety culture of the site.

Plant Production Manger

Plant Production Manager – Milwaukee area – 2338 
Schedules, tracks, & monitors production and costs to ensure unit meets established goals while maintaining a safe work environment and quality standards. Responsible for providing leadership and direction to assigned department(s), product line(s) or profit center(s) and teams in order to meet production goals, ensure a safe work environment, and meet customer specifications. Completes and maintains timely and accurate reports on critical production outcomes such as efficiency, downtime, cost, etc. Typically supervises 300+ employees including salaried, hourly and agency temps. Develops and implements safety awareness programs, communicates safety issues, corrects safety related problems, and leads investigations into safety related issues. Maintains effective workforce through hiring, training, coaching and disciplinary actions.

Develop continuous improvement initiatives to ensure SQF quality, productivity and safety. Coordinate and administer daily interaction and activities between the assigned area of responsibility and all other departments in the plant. This would include peers across shifts. Ensure compliance with established standards in the areas of food quality & safety and employee safety. Identify and implement opportunities to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products. Supervise all manufacturing activities, in accordance with Lebermuth Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Ensure that personnel have proper qualifications, are properly trained, and motivated to work productively both as part of team and individually.

Plant Operations Manager

Utilize internal continuous improvement resources to train, educate and empower associates to improve performance at the front line user level. Clearly communicate the goals and objectives of the department and the business and provide a positive environment encouraging proactivity and empowerment of associates. Maintain strong cross functional, collaborative relationships with other departments insuring production schedules are met.  Food manufacturing jobs experience is a plus for this position.
